Our Everyday share is a medley including 6-8 of Pete’s Greens organic, seasonal veggies! It’ll include your staple cooking items like cabbage, carrots, squash, potatoes, onions, garlic, and beets plus a healthy mix of your typical eating vegetables. You can expect our weekly fresh greens and herbs to include kale, chard, parsley, and cilantro. In the winter, expect a good supply of hearty root crops to make the warming meals you love. You will see turnips, rutabaga, beets, potatoes, carrots, and parsnips during this season – plus weekly greens!
Are you the epicurean home chef? Each week we fill our fancy share with 7-9 our specialty vegetables like radishes, radicchio, eggplant, and specialty greens in addition to a few of our staple crops to give a base to explore from! During the winter, expect a diversity of root crops which may include specialty turnips and radishes, fingerling potatoes, sunchokes, radicchio, cabbages, fennel, leeks, squash, Asian greens, and more. Year round, you’ll receive a generous portion of greens every week along with your curated seasonal assortment of vegetables!
For the salad lovers and small households our Lean & Green Share is your weekly fixing of 5-6 assorted greens and salad fixings! You can expect greens ready for fresh eating and cooking, like spinach, kale, and arugula, plus basic veggie offerings like radishes, carrots, beans, cabbage, and peppers to top your salads. No potatoes, parsnips, or beets until the winter season! During the colder Vermont months we add in some of our small but hearty vegetables like squash, potatoes, rutabaga, and larger radishes and turnips. This share will continue to be a light share, and with transition back into mostly green crops as soon as they spring from the ground!

This share is designed to connect you with healthy, responsibly produced vegetables, fruits, dairy products, and other specialty goods, and we take care each week to curate our vegetables with local items that work well together. Every week will bring you 3-4 Pantry Share items along with our Fancy Share vegetable bag to fill your kitchen (—and your belly) with the amazing foods that our local region has to offer!
If you love trying the best of regional northern Vermont foods and stocking your pantry with wholesome, organic, and local goods, this is for you. This share will add 3 -4 items to your pantry and fridge after each delivery that come from local producers and makers in our own backyard! This share does not include beverages, but may include dairy and products containing gluten, like yogurts, cheese, flour, and bread, along with staple items like egg, vinegar, honey, and local fruits. We try to curate our items to fit the season, and you will receive varieties of many great products to round out your share!
